Off set patio umbrella 10’

I loved this umbrella very much as it created a great amount of coverage. However, after one time opening it a support stud in the arm broke. We decided to fix it ourself and used a long heavy duty nail that did the trick for the first3 months we used it. We live in Central NY so you only get about 6 mo. of decent weather. We stored it inside the home during winter lying it down without any stress on the umbrella at all. In the spring when we put it back up the crank broke as well as the cord. I called to get a replacement part for the crank to fix it ourselves, because of course the 60 or 90 day warranty was over. They do not have replacement parts. Only option was to buy another whole umbrella which of course I wasn’t going to do. So I only got 3 months use and it’s no good. Btw we were not rough on it in any way. I would have to say he umbrella itself was of good quality but the parts that hold it together are very cheaply made.

Super fast shipping and FREE!!! Love it that it covers my 7ft table and we don’t have to worry about anyone being in the sun. Don’t forget the weighted base though.
