Design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First umbrella arrived and was set up easily but within 5 minutes the welds on the bracket that hold the vertical pole to the base, broke and the umbrella went into the pool. Customer service was great and they sent me an identical umbrella to replace it. That one lasted 15 minutes before it too broke in the same spot and fell in the he pool. This item, or the manufacturing process has a design flaw. But again the customer service was great in issuing a refund. PS. The winds were only 2-3 mph.

Unfortunately with barely a gust of wind (less than 24 hours after setup)it broke/bent the umbrella. This makes it difficult to move the umbrella up or down to open or close it. Money wasted unfortunately.

The base is not heavy enough to hold the umbrella if there is any wind.
And the umbrella itself sways around.
