Up ten minutes and broke ALL the rivets.

I was so happy to receive our umbrella. I assembled it and mounted the stand provided into the concrete with concrete screws as the stand is not quit big enough to support is own weight. It was up for 10 minutes. A gust of wind came along and SNAPPED EVERY RIVET (4 total) that held the umbrella at the top.

Beautiful but.....

As soon as we assembled the plastic piece that helps adjust umbrella and keep in place snapped in half. Duct tape worked for one time but then they broke also
And the listing does not tell you that the weights are a requirement and must be separately ordered. Disappointed as it is a beautiful umbrella and the lights work great but.....

Quality not so good

Too bad but this umbrella looks great but as soon as you set it up it tips over and has a bad center of gravity to it. The plastic coupling designed to hold the mechanism in place snapped in half almost immediately as well, furthering my thoughts of an inferior product here.

The umbrella itself is great. It was delivered quickly, was easy to put together and provides great coverage. I just wish there was a way to keep the umbrella from moving when it’s open. Even the slightest breeze sends it blowing all over the place.

I absolutely love the umbrella. I received the umbrella, followed instructions on assembly. Opened the umbrella and the piece that helps hold it up broke.
