Poor quality

This umbrella snapped in light wind and broke. This is not unusual with bcp products, look nice but not the best quality. Usually customer service is fantastic (why I come back) but not this time which is a pain. The umbrella broke within a week. It’s pretty though.

I am overly excited about my umbrella. I shopped around and around for it. I can't wait until we finally get warm weather here in Chicago. I am so frantic to use it.

Had to return the umbrella, the solar lights were very dimmed and the umbrella pivot did not work. Maybe, I just had a bad one ?

So far so good with this umbrella. I’ve had it about a week now and it looks great. It was easy to put together and the fabric color and solar lights are awesome. Only concern is when the wind blows, the umbrella moves quite a bit, it seems sturdy but I am not sure how it will continue to hold up in wind. Otherwise, great purchase!!

Arrived with piece that holds the umbrella up split into two pieces. Product has to be returned which is a hassle I don't have time for right now. Purchase did not live up to my expectations. Cannot recommend product.

Not Sturdy, Hard to adjust

Very disappointed with quality. The umbrella material is cheap and came damaged. The pole does not seem sturdy with the slightest amount of wind. I even bought the base/weight and I am still not comfortable with how much movement. Not easy to tilt/move/adjust. Very heavy. Not worth the price.
