I purchased it one year ago. Went to open it for this nice weather and it would not open at all. Laid it down to find an inner white rope was detached and maybe the cause. Thing is instructions does not mention the white rope.

The canopy is too heavy for the flimsy plastic hook so there’s no vertical adjustment possible. All that can be done is just locking the handle in place.
