I’ve had this umbrella less than a month and used a few times and it’s broken. I’ve contacted customer support to see what they can do for me. It’s a bummer because I really did Like the umbrella.

Arrived with piece that holds the umbrella up split into two pieces. Product has to be returned which is a hassle I don't have time for right now. Purchase did not live up to my expectations. Cannot recommend product.

Very low quality

I’ve had the umbrella for around 3 weeks now and it’s already broken in two different areas. The plastic is very cheap. I am very disappointed. I also noticed there is no way to lock it in place, so anytime there is wind it just swings around. A main part of the lever broke off before I could even use it, I imagine that was what locked it in place. I am not too sure, but regardless. It i is a a very low quality product.

It's an umbrella. The lights aren't very bright. The sleeve that slips over the support bar was broken when I got it. It works but , you have to very careful putting it up or lowering it.

This is a great umbrella. It is an awesome size, provides excellent shade and I like the solar lights. The cons is that the plastic piece that covers the hinge breaks easily. You also need weighted stands for it to stay in place. Otherwise, it’s a great product. We enjoy it everyday!

Up ten minutes and broke ALL the rivets.

I was so happy to receive our umbrella. I assembled it and mounted the stand provided into the concrete with concrete screws as the stand is not quit big enough to support is own weight. It was up for 10 minutes. A gust of wind came along and SNAPPED EVERY RIVET (4 total) that held the umbrella at the top.
