Poor Quality Material

My umbrella was the previous version of this umbrella. After (2) 4-5 month seasons the material on the crank casing began to disintegrate to the point the umbrella could no longer be opened and closed. When I contacted customer support I was told there is only a 90 day warranty. If the company believed in their product, they would have a longer warranty for product defects such as the one I encountered where the material simply broke down with very little use and exposure to sunlight and weather. Unfortunately, I really liked several features of this product but no longer have the confidence to purchase another one.

This is the second umbrella

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second umbrella I received. The first one, which was needed for my daughter bday party, arrived and did not open. The umbrella had to be held open in order for it to be open. The lights worked on this umbrella. The color was beautiful, it matched with my outdoor furniture. The quality was terrible. The second one BCP sent me- the solar light did not turn on. It came with a wire disconnected and it would not turn on. Overall the umbrella is beautiful I just wish it would work like it’s supposed too.

Luxary umbrella has weak solar panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really the new modifications for thr umbrella, the stationary crank, and umbrella leg. It took some time to charge the solar. My main disappointment is the constant attaching of the solar panel on the top of the umbrella after revealing the cover.
