Keeps umbrella in place

Bought this for the cantilever umbrella. There are 4 pieces and they are supposed to connect with a metal connector. Problem is one of the base plates obviously had the wrong hole because there was no way to connect it together. Other than that they work.

Must have especially if you’re setting up a large umbrella is the grass or other open space. It’s four separate compartments that fill with water. It’s so much easier if you have or want to move it.
