Lack of attached tie cord When umbrella is closed

This umbrella does not come with a tie attached to it. So when you close it and it’s windy it flops around.

I bought this 10ft. patio umbrella for my home patio and liked it so much that i bought a 2nd one for my camper. It is super easy to open not just for my self but anyone in the family can do it. The 10ft. canopy allows so much cool air under the umbrella it makes the hottest of days a lot nicer...I know they will last a very long time with the water and uv resistant material along with the rust free steel frame. You did it again BCP! Thanks.

I bought this item a month ago, and have been so pleased. I have looked around and found other outdoor umbrella but they were so expensive and yet were poorly made. I found he umbrella on the box site, read all about it and the reviews. I am very pleased ad would recommend it to others.

This is bigger than our other one so I was kind of surprised. This one has a metal pole, it tilts (which is an awesome feature) and the gray color is great. Comparing it to our other one I think this one will not last as long - material seems thinner, it's got a plastic cap instead of a wood top; it's a metal pole instead of a wood pole, but I really like it and figure it will last at least a couple of years or more if we take care of it. Great for the price.

It went up easily and looks very nice, hopefully it holds up for the summer but was a great buy for the price and I would buy it again.

We have used this umbrella since the beginning of summer, and have had no problems! It is very large and is exactly what we were looking for. I like that the handle had arrows showing which way to crank for up and down.
