Poor issue resolution

One of the screws to attached the leg to the table top was not working properly (the threads were not in the right spot). Each time we exchanged emails to reach a resolution, their response time was at least 24 hours causing delays.
I purchased the unit to have for a family event and was not able to obtain a resolution in time to use it.
in addition, the logo on the side of the table top was upside-down which shows poor quality control of their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
