I didn't think that the product like strip bands could be any different from what I know, but surprisingly I found out that their app is awesome, with just the right program for me, but even without the smart parts, the bands themselves and the ability to simply change their flexibility is so good.
it gives me the motivation to start my workout every night after work and i just want to recommend the smart home gym bands to all of my friends.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product is amazing, I was able to do a full workout for the whole body everywhere, there are full tutorials and the app works amazing.

The App is still in development mode meaning it is so terrible you can't even review it. Its been in this mode for almost two years. The sensors don't sense. The App doesn't count. This is a scam product and a bunch of rubber bands for $250. A bag of rubber bands is more effective, and money better spent
