What I know so far!

Here's what I know so far about my watch, I love it! This watch replaced my Forerunner 235 a couple of weeks ago and has a lot more features such as the morning report. It is more intuitive than the 235 and has way more features that I'm still learning about.

Poor Quality Watch Face

I bought the Forerunner 255 music just under 2 months ago and the glass face cracked already and the music I put on it worked at first then stopped working after a few weeks and I can’t return it because I can’t return because of the cracked screen. I expected a more durable and reliable watch considering it’s made for the outdoors.

I didn’t like the default activity coaching messages. These should be just an added option.
The swim laps or lengths data is not displayed when you complete the interval. This is a fundamental issue. You should leave the data screen for a stop / resume so the interval data can be seen at the interval end. The resume does not need a prompt just a second enter or lap.

Great entry-level watch for the amateur athlete

Love this so far. Love the long battery life (lasts for a week) and general health and exercise tracking. But I also really love that it's not a touchscreen - you use analog buttons to navigate. That, plus shutting off most notifications, means it's not in my face all the time with dopamine bursts. It does what I want, when I want. Nice alternative to Apple Watch.

I got a deal on it and I love it. The battery lasts so long! It really analyses my sleep and I like that. It's an all around great watch!

For runners it's a must

I had a Samsung and a Pixel watch before and I had to come to Terms that I'm a runner. Got this watch and it's perfect. Only regret is that there's no Full Marathon plan built in this model (it's too cheap). It's ok though I think I'll stick with half marathons after this one.

I have been a long-time buyer of Garmin running watches...this is the BEST one I have had yet! The amount of features and ability to do so many things is great. I am a data geek...and this checks all the boxes. A MUST BUY!
