I upgraded from a 5-year old Forerunner 245 music and I am very pleased with this watch. Excellent battery life, the setup is easier, bigger watch face, and the sleep metrics along with HRV are incredibly valuable to any athlete.

Cant use it with Spotify

I recently upgraded to this watch after having used a Foreunner 15 for over 8 years and I'm so glad I did! There are so many great features. I love being able to store music on my watch so I don't have to bring my phone on my runs. The health monitoring features are excellent and the workout schedule with a coach feature is awesome!

It had been a minute since I had a smart watch. My previous Fitbit bit the dust and I opted for a basic analog watch for awhile. Started missing tracking activities, sleep and such so started looking into smart watches again. Ultimately ended up getting the Forerunner 255 music because of the price point (and it was on sale). I’m more of a biker than a runner, but I’m an aspiring run lover. Really enjoying all the metrics this thing has. Hoping one day it gets a grit and flow update for MTB. Only issue I’ve had is my data screens for activities have recently reverted back to the factory settings, but should be an easy fix. One callout - the accent color around the bezel is more of a neon yellow. I thought it was more green when I purchased it. All in all, very satisfied and will likely upgrade in a couple years.

Bought my wife and I both the Forerunner 255 Music. It has not disappointed. I was looking for a beginners multi sport watch to track my runs and rides, and decided on this watch. No complaints at all so far. Great watch!

I got this about a month or so ago and it has been great. It was easy to add music and play while running. Connects to earbuds fairly quickly. I enjoy the great reporting it gives when a run is finished. I also like how it compares runs and while running gives you mile split times over the music playing. Very well thought out watch!
