Great sound quality and size

This is my second pair of the minis and the sound quality is amazing! I love the way they fit in my ears and when my first pair quit working correctly the support I received was fantastic. The only reason I'm giving only 4 stars is as of this morning my earbuds are having the same issue the first did yet again after only a couple months of using them.

Jlab ear bud minis

Straight out the box I was amazed at the craftsmanship and how small and light that are! They paired faster than any device I have ever paired,, amazing,. The jlab device website and and android app are near perfect, I have only been using them for 1.5 hours, and am 110% satisfied with my purchase. A definite win for the price,

Mini Barbuda charging issue

Good fit, nice sound. Problems, intermittent charge, sometime it takes couple of hours, other times 6 hours and still not charged. It does not matter if I have charging case plugged in or not. Also, if I'm using other ear buds, jlab mini will take Bluetooth control and I have to reset my phone to original earbuds control.

After comparing my jlab ear buds to another expensive brand of ear buds I have, I found that jlab buds were equally great with sound quality, but exceed satisfaction when it comes to the customization options within the app. I prefer these over any so far!
