You get what you pay for

As someone with a narrow ear canal, I love the compact size of these mini earbuds. I don't have any pain even after continually wearing them for a few hours. However, they struggle with connectivity. They often cut out and sound garbled, and resetting them can be very cumbersome. Not sure I was expecting much more at this price point, but would happily pay more for a better quality product while maintaining its mini size.

The earbuds disconnect from my phone regularly even when my phone is right next to me. Its a shame because they are great otherwise!
