Weird patchy sound that comes in and out

Ive owned a few pairs of jlab wireless headphones and they’ve all been good. I just got the minis 2 days ago before a trip and the sound is so weird. It keeps coming in and out of each ear, loud at times and too quiet at others. Like surround sound but it’s a podcast. And I’ve tried the movie setting or music setting- it does t change. Not sure if it’s just a bunk pair but honestly I’m bummed I replaced my GoAir with these

I've had these for a month now and am truly satisfied. The small size fits perfect in my ears and the sound is great. I would highly recommend.

A lot better than the ones I had before i got these replacements. They sound better than they were before and that makes a big difference.

Affordable and perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my review and I absolutely love it!! It’s super small so it won’t take a lot of space but it works very well and has so many settings! Definitely recommend this if you’re looking for an affordable option.
