I really love these earbuds, but…

I love these earbuds, I feel like they're the perfect size for my ears (I have issues with AirPods) and I really love the features, especially the be aware. However, this was my second pair, and I ran into the same issue with both: the little mesh pieces inside the earbuds came out. It's like the sticky little ring holding them on just... disintegrated. I really don't think I can buy these again knowing this seems to be a consistent issue, and it makes me wary about their other earbuds as well....

Good sound in a tiny design

Deep sound in this compact design. Small enough to comfortably sleep in. Charging case is small enough to clip it to pants. Touch sensitive controls... Aware mode is a nice addition
