I love Jlab products

I have almost loved Jlab products since my first set of wireless earbuds in 2018. Wow long time. Since I have had a few of their wireless and wired devices. Until I got some name brand maybe by my phone. After the price of those things getting lost. I came back for the mini earbuds only to have them 3 days not even one charge and they just stop working all together... I want these to keep work get I can't deny I'm a little salty that they just stopped working charging or anything. Please help.
