I am in the process of looking for the receipt bc I cannot get the left ear to charge. I love the brand but I am sure it's an easy fix.

From my first pair of buds to even the wired lab for my Xbox have been amazing I don't use anything other the labs even went and bought wireless mouse n keyboard best purchases ever. Keep up the good work ladies n gentlemen

We bought these last week and one of the earbuds will not connect and neither will hold a full charge. I am hoping that there is something that I am doing wrong. Please help.
