They don't fit as snuggly in my ears as I hoped and my music snd conversation leaks out. At times they do cut out and I have to place them back in the charger to reset them. However, all that being said, it does block out external sounds allowing for a good listen session whether music or phone conversation. I do recommend them as the quality of sound is very good and once I am able to get them seated right in my ears, they are very comfortable.

I love these from the easy carry keychain case to the mini headphones, I have a hard time finding headphones that are small enough to stay in my ears but these are perfect they have great audio and they stay in even when I'm working out.
