Huge lag with ear buds

There's a lag when watching movies or videos, sometimes music but not always. Even when my phone is right in front of me it lags.

i’ve had much better that were much cheaper

these earbuds do NOT hold a charge at all and the case takes forever to charge just for the buds to not have any longevity at all! everytime i wear them and sweat the slightest bit or get even a little warm, the sound cuts in and out or the two buds are out of sync with eachother…. or both at the same time!!! i have tried drying them off, putting them back in the case, disconnecting bluetooth,, nothing fixes it except stopping physical activity!!
