The speakers don't work

When I'm having a call, my speakers won't work. Also sometimes when I'm listening to music, the music gets buged and intereupted.

Pairing to the app is a Nightmare

battery life, size and sound quality are amazing, but trying to pair to the app to access features like be aware and others are something i'm not able to review bc of how difficult it is to pair. it loads a connecting screen for (im not joking) an hour.
