Earbuds randomly cut in & out

Wanted to love them

Really wanted to love these earbuds - they are the perfect size for my small ears, comfy enough to wear overnight to help block out a heavy snoring partner. But I wish I'd trusted the reviews I'd read about the connectivity issues. They seat off ok fir the first week or 2 then progressively it gets worse. One earbud will start cracking & making sratice interference type noises, which just get worse and more frequent. To the point you just don't want to use them. I read online the help suggestions to forget the connection, reset the earbuds and then reconnect to your device. This works for a few days to a week, then the interference starts again. I'm now past the point of having to reset and reconnect daily - not even that is helping. Jlabs are usually so much more reliable than this. I had expected them to last longer than the 4 months I've had them.

Okay- poor connectivity with left ear bud

I love the size and comfort of the ear buds but the connectivity is poor at times, specifically with the left ear bud. I'm sitting in a recliner with my phone right beside me- no movement at all and the ear bud will intermittently cut out. Okay for the price but slightly disappointed overall.
