Dysfunctional from the beginning

Right from the start they were malfunctioning, at first just some kind of disconnection with the sound, coming and going but also glitching. I tried everything suggested but nothing solved it, but atlest they were functioning sometimes.
Now they refuse to play simultaniously and only plays one or the other bud at the time. I failsearch and tried many many different things to fix it but the problem's still there.

Great product. Fits my small ears perfectly. I don't even feel it. Great sound quality for calling, talking and listening to music. I got two more for my daughters. They are great.
