Microphone not working

The built in microphone is not working for my jlab jbuds mini. I have attempted trouble shooting and there are not any fixes that I can find.

This is my 5th pair and honestly I have More just don’t want to count them all! This is by far the best earbud/head phone on the market for low I love every single pair I keep be aware on it's a very unique feature.

First earbuds that fit

I have very small ears and these are the first to fit securely. These are light, don't put pressure on my ear canal, and are so cute!
