Day One Issues

I purchased these because earbuds always fall out of my ear due to the size of my ear canals. I'm fine with their fit and they seem to stay but it's day one. The issue is that they're already going in and out when it comes to sound. I've charged the case and made sure the buds are charged, but before using them. I did all of the steps... and it's already messing up which is annoying. The amount of earbuds I've gone through as a consumer is altogether frustrating. If you get sound, you don't get fit. If you get fit, you don't get sound. Want both? You don't want earbuds apparently.
