Sound cuts in and out

This is my second pair of jlab mini earbuds. I like that they fit my tiny ears better than other earbuds. I lost one if my first pair so I ordered new ones. The second pair works fine about half of the time. The other times the speakers go in and out on one or both sides and I have to take them out and put them in their case and then try again to fix it. It's kinda annoying. But as long as I have the case with me it's fine. I just wish they worked like my first pair did.
