They fit my small ears well, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, they had some issues staying connected. Every now and again they cut on and off.

Cut in and out

I have small ears and these actually fit! Sound is good and I really thought they were what I needed, but I only started using them regularly in the last couple of weeks and they keep cutting out (worse with the right side, but it happens to both sides). This makes them unusable. Very disappointing.

Best for small ear holes!

This is my 3rd pair! I had one loyal pair that I've accidentally washed in washer three times that held up strong for maybe two years till they started to wear down on holding charge longer than 30 minutes of use. I bought a replacement pair and the left earbud wouldn't emit sound, all the controls worked just the speaker didn't work. I made a quick exchange and the new pair has me right back on top with no problems! Enjoying the best earbuds made for small ear holes!
