I need to return or exchange them

The connection cuts in and out and changes from music mode to movie mode by its self. I tried to reset them and nothing works. I really wanted to love these but I clearly got a defective pair.

I have small ears and like to fall asleep while listening to podcasts. These earbuds fit perfectly flat so that I can turn my head and don't feeling them pressing against the pillow. Very comfortable, light and good sound. The pink colour is the icing on the cake!
