OK Earbuds

Both earbuds won't pair together. Have to keep trouble shooting! I love the size and the fit. I've been reading the reviews and wonder why the problem hasn't been fixed! Trouble shooting steps don't work for the tv! I got both to work with my phone but not my tv.
