Great for smaller ears

I love these earbuds, and would've given them a higher rating. Unfortunately, for about the last month, I will sometimes experience connection cutting out and glitching in either earbud. They've been the only earbuds I can wear comfortably, so this issue has been disheartening. Hopefully the team will be able to help, and I'll be able to give them the best rating possible :)
