My Second Pair

These are my second pair after losing my first, I love these in pretty much everyway, but I do have a few critiques. The awareness mode could be better, I find very little differences when I turn it on. The battery life could also be improved in comparison to some in the market and I wish the case was more durable. Specifically, the connections to the earbud, I noticed after a few months the earbuds would not connect back to the case despite keeping it clean. However, I love the fit, color, and that I can attach a Keychain to them. I also love that I can customize the sound.

The ear buds are amazing. Finding fitting new tips is a nightmare so far. The ones coming with it are too soft for my liking.

This my 3 set of mini & have purchased many sets of JLAB ear buds over past couple of years. My problem is I can't keep up with them, I keep losing them. Nobody's fault but myself .

The instructions are printed so small that they are impossible to read. And, the instructions are not understandable.

I have small ears and I have never found ear buds that fit and stay put without fallen out, but these ear buds the mini OMG they are the best never fall out when using the small plastic covers I truly am in love with these. So glad I tried them! Thank you jlab for making something for the small ear community!!
