No dual connection

Since I have been using it,I haven't been able to connect both earbuds. I have only been able to use one of it despite doing the troubleshooting as it's stated on the app

I have had in the pass several different kinds of earbuds and they were to bulky in my ears until i got these mini JLab earbuds, the sound quality is great and I really like that they blend in with my skin tone, no one knows there are in my ears because they don't stand out like the multi color ones.
