Tiny earuds but sound quality suffers

They are very small and actually hard to handle because they have a slippery finish. The sound quality is below average and I dont know if my pair is defective but I am having issues with the left ear cutting out and having distortion.

It's okay! The first day it lasted about half a day. And the battery life gradually kept going down by each day. Sound keeps going away n coming back. It's getting annoying.

Good sound, good fit, connection issues

I really want to love these minis. They don't hurt my small ear canals and they sound great. After only 2 days of use, the audio connection to my phone keeps dropping. I cannot get it to reconnect in settings so I have to put them back in the case and wait a few minutes. I unpaired it and repaired it hoping that would fix it. Unfortunately it did not. Bummer

I'm actually pleasantly surprised! Sounds quality is A1 and the fit was way better than I expected. I don't particularly like that you can't pause/play from the earbud itself, or the fact that there is no noise canceling. BUT for a simple pair of earbuds, these do the job way better than I could have imagined!!

Great at first... then got migranes.

I really loved these initially -- I got them as a replacement for a different model because the battery just went kaput. These were amazing to start out, good battery life, flush and easy to sleep in, customization in the app, everything I could ever want as an autistic individual. But then, about a month ago, there was a static sound in my left earbud. It got worse over time, giving me headaches then migraines. I went to file for the warranty (again, it is less than 2 years since the initial purchase, and I have gone through two earbuds.... great.) and they are requesting me to pay shipping and go without headphones for who knows how long. It was great for about a year, but don't count on the warranty.

Doesn't work. Disconnects every 15 minutes and then doesn't work at all. Horrible product.
