These earbuds failed in every single category

I bought these earbuds a week ago and the primary reason that I purchased them was to replace my Galaxy buds pro because people cannot hear me speak when I'm on the phone with them. Everything else worked fine but I needed to be able to take phone calls. These arrived and immediately I couldn't take phone calls from anyone they couldn't hear me. After 2 days of use the left ear bud started crackling and losing connection and going dead. 2 days after that the right ear bud started doing the same to me so these are completely useless to me I can't listen to music I can't use them for speech to text and I can't use them to answer the phone. And the primary reason I bought them was so that they could fit in my ear and I am so happy there is a company that is trying to do that for women but these failed epically in every single thing that they were supposed to do
What's worse is I ended up in the hospital with a stroke from 2/30-4/2 And I was in a coma trapped in my body. These earbuds were in my ears and I couldn't listen to music I was just hearing crackling and sometimes one working and then going dead and then randomly coming back on and scaring me and me thinking that I was going to have like an electrical fire happen in my ear while I was paralyzed. Just an overall absolutely horrible experience I can't believe what I just went through

Good for about a week

Got these for Christmas only three months ago, the sound in the right earbud started going out within the first month, left started going out in the second month, be aware mode no longer works, and now my case is not charging so essentially my earbuds are worthless, wanted something small and comfortable that I could wear all day but now I can’t hear my shows/ music when it’s turned all the way up

They are so tiny I love them.. I used them while I sleep and they weren't bulging out of my ear or wasnt uncomfortable.. great sound like wow I couldn't believe these tiny earbuds had great quality

Great 4 small ears but don't want my volume preset

I love how small these buds are, and the jlab app is a great feature for customizing them.
The only feature I don't like is not being able to set the sound as loud as I want. Yes, there are 3 equalizer options but they're preset and I feel as an adult I should be able to control the bass, treble etc options not jlab.

These are amazing ear buds. The size is so tiny but the sounds is so big. They have amazing battery life and work amazing. I love the quality and price of these. Well worth it. Thank you.
