What a great device, company, experience

Having just returned earbuds that cost nearly 5 times more, I'm thrilled to have found these. They're comfortable, the sound is good, the app is easy, the directions were clear, the packaging was clever, minimal and paper. What's not to like?

I've got a small problem with the earbuds disconnecting if I go more then 5 to 10 feet from my phone.
