Glitchy sound quality

Sometimes the earbuds will sound like they're skipping and I will have to put them back in the case and take them out for it to go away. It always happens and they are up to date on firmware.

Nice set of small earbuds

I've only had them for about a week so far, but so far, so good. They aren't audiophile quality by any means, but the sound is better than expected, especially for such small earbuds. The touch controls are responsive, and the app is helpful.
