Good for discreet listening

I love these for wearing in my motorcycle helmet and while working cause of the awareness feature I would definitely recommend these to absolutely everyone and anyone

So tiny and I’m so obsessed

These fit my tiny child like ears so well! They actually stay put! The sound is amazing. My favorite part is that they sync right when I pull one pod out of its tint case. The battery life is incredible. This is the best money I have spent and they weren't expensive! Also I love the ambient sounds on the app.

Love them with one exception

These read us ate great. Great sound. Great fit. Great battery life CBS they finally integrated a more fully customizable customizable, left and right button that when I'm driving in the car I pair them before I tap selection!! Nice. While driving in the car and I have no calls coming through and none to make outgoing, they always after less than 5 minutes the voice comes on are simply says "JLab shutting down". LAME. I haven't taken the time to go online and look for answers or to troubleshoot then
The only issue I have with them. Still sticks though, they should not just shut off because they settee standing idle for such a short period of time. I get they are conserving battery but come on. So the best earbuds on the market for value by far

They don't last

I have purchased 3 sets of the jlab mini ear buds bc they keep going in and out and never fully charge. So I have 3 pairs and not one works well. I loved them at first and still do but I need them to work. I guess for the price you get what you pay for. Is there a way I can exchange them out. I still have receipts for them, but it's been past 30 days. I wear ear buds every day, all day. This is why I purchased so many sets so I could just pop another pair in while the others charged. I'm frustrated and would like to know if I can exchange them?
