These are and have been the worst or 2nd to worst wireless ear buds I've owned, the volume limit is low making music hard to hear in loud environments, also the battery life is terrible. ALSO 1 of the ear buds doesn't like to fit properly and lock in the case which results in a lack of charging and them dhing while 1 earbud is still at 75%. This happened often and regardless of how much I cleaned the inside of the case or the ear bud and connecting unit itself. JLAB is usually great or at least I have had a good experience with them up until these.
Not bad if you have 2 or 3 other earbuds/headphones and these are your backup pair incase 1 or 2 dies and you need relief for a few hours, other than that, I would guide you elsewhere.

More advanced than I thought, you can download the app and change your controls through. It works with android and Apple. My only issues is they could be louder.

Minis Are Magnificent

Fits so much better than my Go Pops. Using with my iPhone XR. Soun is clear and above average. The only thing that I'm not happy with is the volume. I'd like to be able to get it a bit louder.
