This is my second pair of this brand and model. The charging case of my first pair will no longer take a charge. I got them about 6 months ago. I like them a lot though, so I've gotten the same pair again!

Best earbuds ever!

I love these. So small that a mouse took off with one when I laid it on the floor while I was sleeping. Tried everything but still haven't found it. But I bought another pair ASAP because these are the most comfortable earbuds I've ever owned. Not to mention they sound great!

Could be so much better

I have yet to be able to use the JLab app to work with my devices. Without the app, the earbuds randomly announce "movie mode!" or turn off --or worse disconnect a caller. The also randomly wake up one day and have to be reconnected to Bluetooth. Other than those issues, they are comfortable and fine.
