Can't hear me

I own a pairof the JBuds Mini. I like them I carry them with me on my key chain. The sound id not bad, but no one can hear me when I'm on a phone call. All i get is an "I can't hear you." So, I have to disconnect the earbuds and physically hold the phone to my ear. If they were better for phone calls I would give a better rating, but it is what it is..I do like how small they are.

My right earphone is going low and I don't know how to turn it back up can barely hear out of it

So I lost my old galaxy buds and just didn't have the $ to spend like that on ear buds again. While out shopping I seen these jlab mini for cheap and I've been more than happy with what I got now especially for what I spent. Way worth it.. they last long, sound good and truly are mini.. I'm disappointed in the purchase and impressed with the quality especially for the tag.. 👍👍

Not a quality product

No consistent audio. Can fade in and out depending on head position on my s24 ultra. Uneven audio volume. Not recommended.
