Fast service, great product

I placed an order yesterday afternoon and had them delivered early this morning! Not only did that surprise me, but I was able to read the directions for pairing and operating because unlike other brands with tiny font and no pictures and hard to understand directions, these were in regular print with easy to follow directions, both written and images. They fit well and am using them already, and I love the sound.

I can't connect them to my phone. It keeps saying make sure it's in range and on and they always are. I was only able to keep them connected one time. I would return them but I can't find my receipt
