Really great purchase but it only lasted a few months

I ordered these last year and a few months after my purchase, the right earbud began to play at a lower volume. I've tried troubleshooting it and it still will not work the same.

The case is so small you double check the packaging to make sure these are not intended for kids. Until you put them on and they have such great sound and a tiny little package. Almost better sound cancellation than a full on head set. I love the JLab app, makes things so simple and convenient. Well worth it!!!

The case is so small you double check the packaging to make sure these are not intended for kids. Until you put them on and they have such great sound and a tiny little package. Almost better sound cancellation than a full on head set. I love the JLab app, makes things so simple and convenient. Well worth it!!!

amazing sound, total comfort

Title says it all. In terms of sound, bass is huge, sound is crisp and clear. I am SOOO happy with the sound quality! (You do have to find the exact right way to position these within your own ears to get your maximum best sound, but that is to be expected.) In terms of comfort, I have had countless ear buds (including apple products) over the years, so I had a healthy amount of doubt about these, but after trying, they are truly the MOST comfortable ear buds I've ever used! I LOVE these!!

Hands down GOAT! Best earbuds ever. Sound quality can garble a little at times, but 99% of the time it's perfect. And I love the size I have small ears. And they stay charged forever seriously. I listen at lunch mostly. But on the weekend I'm listening for hours uninterrupted so I'm a big fan
