JLabs will probably be my all time favorite earbuds!!! I always seem to find myself gravitating back to my Jlabs no matter what other earbuds I'm using at any given time...They have always had in my opinion arguably the best overall sound and always blow most other comperable other types of earbuds away with being the loudest, cleanest and crispest sound!!! So again hats of to you guys for making another great and cost effective product!!!

I have never found a pair of ear buds that stay in my ears or even fit comfortably. I'm so glad I bout these! And I love the case, I hook it on take it everywhere with me!

The audio randomly cuts out

The audio randomly cuts out sometimes and the sound doesn't seem in sync sometimes between left and right

So comfortable

These are the most comfortable ear buds. The quality is mixed. My first pair lost most of the sound in one ear and the company never responded when I reached out. I bought another pair and hope they last longer.
