Weird patchy sound that comes in and out

Ive owned a few pairs of jlab wireless headphones and they’ve all been good. I just got the minis 2 days ago before a trip and the sound is so weird. It keeps coming in and out of each ear, loud at times and too quiet at others. Like surround sound but it’s a podcast. And I’ve tried the movie setting or music setting- it does t change. Not sure if it’s just a bunk pair but honestly I’m bummed I replaced my GoAir with these

better options

i bought it pretty recently besides them having some trouble connecting there is no big issue, but it would be nice if there was noise cancelation. But there is way better options for just like $5.00 more.

Washed my jbud minis

I got the Jbud minis around December and I absolutely love them , I recently lost them and just found them in the dryer!! They went through a whole wash cycle and a drying cycle and I just put them back on charge and they work good as new !! Love these

Good deal for price and quality can't beat it !

Dropped my last pair of J lab air pop gos in a puddle of concrete at work but I was super impressed with the quality of those for the price you can't beat it. Went to grab another pair today and decided to try the minis because they were on sale. Quality is just as good if not slightly better. They fit great and I love the compact size.

Finally have found earbuds that fit and do not hurt my ears. The quality of sound is excellent. As was the price!!! This product is an outstanding value. Glad that I came to know of JLab. Will be recommending!!

I have bought 4 sets of Jlab ear buds. They have all been great! Sound is good, batteries last, easy use. The only problem is I lose them. He ear buds have even been through the washer and never quit. When I lose the next set, I'll buy these again!

Great sound in a tiny package.
The easily fit into any pocket and at the price the don't break the pocket either!
I really enjoy the "be aware" feature great for pretending to listen to someone!
