Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are sorry to read that your experience was less than 5-stars. Please make sure to fully charge the handset before using it. If you are having issues with the charge, please try a different outlet as well. If the phone has power but you do not have a dial tone, make sure that the handset is registered to your base unit and is within range from it. If there is an error code on the display, please unplug the base unit for about 2 minutes then reconnect all cable connections. Hope this helps!

Bought for elder dad. KX-TGM420 (base) + four handsets KX-TGMA44W (white units). Works okay. We got 3 additional handsets (base + four handsets). Keep in various rooms. However, we tested today and only maximum of 2 handsets work during a call. 4 available. But only 2 work during a call. Annoyed that instructions/website doesn't just say it. Easy = just say "a maximum of 2 handsets can be used during phone calls"

Hello! We are sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. Your feedback helps us do better! All of our phone systems allow the use of maximum 2 handsets on a call. The phone systems supports a 3-way conference call which includes one outside caller and 2 handsets.
