this pan is the perfect size to use for just about everything. In fact, I have a similar style pan that’s cast-iron that I use every single day. I love it, but I’m really happy to have this nonstick version. This is one of three pans I purchased, and it is beautiful, pretty heavy duty, but not too heavy to pick up and really well made. So far, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I hope that all three of the pants I bought last for a long time. However, I am very realistic about how even the best nonstick will wear out after a couple of years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Alva pan is just absolutely amazing. My daughter is in culinary school. I had her try it and she was in shock. It does not stick. It gives very even heat throughout the pan.

Durable sauté pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately out of the box, you can tell that this is a quality skillet. It’s heavy but it’s so efficient cooking vegetables compared to my other nonstick pans. The heat distribution was even and can easily cook on a little higher heat without the risk of burning the pan. It’s easy to wash with a sponge and dish soap. I don’t put in the dishwasher to ensure no damage to the nonstick and lasting durability. I’d highly recommend this line - there is a price tag but I’d stick with getting the pots/pans that I make the most use of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW this pan has out performed my utmost expectations. It is pricey but worth every penny! it is rather large, but it actually saves me on dishes do to the fact I can cook multiple items at once in it, it is very heavy and nonstick. This is probably the best thing that I own right now besides my wok. But as I stated, it is very pricey, but definitely well worth it after using it a few times I can see it’s going to last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this pan. Its super expensive but the quality is best. Its heat resistant and the size is perfect for the cooking that I do. Its non stick so cleaning becomes easy and it has 10 year warranty.

The pan that I reach for now (sorry older pans)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, can I just say wow? I am a cooking snob. I will admit that. And from the second I opened the box I could feel the quality and the durability. I immediately used it to make arroz con polo. It was amazing. Heated evenly. I didn’t have any of those weird spots where part of food was cooked better. No weird smells (I washed it but sometimes it still happens on first cook).
In cooking and cleaning nothing stuck to it. This literally is a game changer in the kitchen. I hate cooking and the pan makes food stick or burn. Not this pan. I have since made eggs, grilled cheese and a pasta —- everything slides right off. No ridiculous scrubbing or soaking.
This is a product I would have never found without influenster, and I can’t thank you enough!
