Apple Watch Disappointment

Very disappointed for these reasons;
1. Battery life only 18 hours max. When am I supposed to charge it if I go to work, then work out or socialize, then want to use it to analyze my sleep data?
2. While on sleep mode, it does not support instagram or whatsapp so the watch still notifies me while I try to sleep at night

La batterie se décharge tres rapidement, nous avons beaux retirer les actions d'arrière plan et, activer l'économie d'énergie, nous devons la rechercher tout les jours. De plus les notifications prioritaires ( ex messages texte ) ne s'affichent pas, nous avons vérifié avec plusieurs personnes et cela semble un problème isolé a notre montre mais,cela est tres désolant
