Not ready for Prime Time

I bought the Sermoon S1 along with the Scan Bridge. While clearly stated, there is currently no support for Creality Scan on Apple products. What is not clearly stated is that you MUST have a very high end PC with Nvidia GPU to run the software., My i7 Gen 13 with Intel graphics would not run the software. You will need, in my opinion, an Nvidia 7 with lots of memory to run the scanner. In addition, in spite of claiming the Scan Bridge will work with an iPhone as the display it will NOT. The scanner transmits a WiFi 6 signal to the PC via a provided WiFi 6 dongle that must be used with the scanner. In spite of my PC supporting WiFi 6 I am forced to use a goofy dongle that takes up a port on the computer to use the Scan Bridge.
I own several Creality K1 Max printers. Like most things Creality they get about 90% of the engineering correct and about 50% of the software design correct.They release products before they are finished and ready for sale into the marketplace and then try to improve as time goes by. This is why Bambu is killing them in the 3D printing world. Bambu gets 99% of the engineering correct and 95% of the software design correct before release.
If Bambu ever releases a scanner I will be first on the list to buy one.

Amazing, I am absolutely in love with this thing, coming from 3dmakerpro, the sermoon is obviously more expensive but worth every cent.
