Best Headphones I Ever Had

I tried many in- ear headphones (including all the Apple) and some clip on's and could not find a headphone that would not fall out or lose when moving a sweating as well many had poor volume.
I tried these since I have always considered Bose products as one of the best. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED - sooo comfortable you don't know your wearing them, stay on the ear and never move or fall off and EXCELLENT volume. I had also read previously that the phone mic was not good on these headphones but they must have fixed this since mine phone WORKS perfect if not better than any of my other headphones.

Mic Quality Sucks, Everything else Great

The consistent feedback from my phone call listeners while I'm using these earbuds is that my voice fades randomly while talking. It can happen at any point in time. I exchanged my earbuds, updated the firmware, used the app, even had someone else use it just to see if I'm delulu - to no avail. There's a delay in the "wake-up" of the earbuds so anything you listen to will have the first half second cut off. There are several Reddit posts about the problems with these but if you don't care about anything I mentioned, these buds will get you some attention for being stylish. Overall solid build quality and comfort you'll expect from Bose.

Phone call volume is horrible

These are very nice earbuds. Easy to wear. You can go hours wearing them without them bothering you in anyway. Very practical for exercise at the gym. You can run, jump and turn your head downwards and upwards as fast as you want without them falling off your ears. The music volume is great but the phone call volume is horrible. You cannot hear a word the other party is saying especially if you are walking on the street or in a shopping mall (when there is noise around you). I am not sure if this is because they are open earbuds, but the music volume is high enough and pretty amazing for an open earbud, so why won’t the phone call volume be the same?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bose Ultra Open - poor phone performance

I have small ear canals and had been wearing AirPods for years. They repeatedly fell out and after losing one I thought I would try these on the recommendation of a family member. They were very comfortable, easy to adjust and attractive. I really liked the ability to hear what was going on around me while walking or working out as well. The sound was definitely decent but the area they fell down in was with my phone. I kept getting comments like I can't hear you, you're breaking up or you're muffled. I would adjust the bud and try again but still no joy. If I lived in an area with poor reception this would have been a pain but I didn't have this problem with my AirPods. I've returned them and will be trying another make of the Open Ear type.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
