Bad experience

Dear Bose, I’ve ever since I was 21 years old . I’m almost 69 and this has to be my worst product I’ve ever bought from Bose. It doesn’t stay on ear with the slightest touch it falls off the ear. I bought it for my China trip and plan on getting a refund when I get back next month. What a bad experience. It’s the Bose new wrap around ear plugs.

I am a petite woman who has had a terrible time finding any kind of wireless earphones/buds. As such, even my ears are small. I've spent thousands of dollars, but nothing fit without hurting my ears. Even head phones are too big and slip off my head. These are the only ones that I can wear comfortably without pain!! They are absolutely a game changer. I wear them for several hours a day and sometimes even forget that I have them on. I was also surprised at how good the sound is given that they are open ear. I love that I can turn the music up and down at a touch of a button. The only change I would make would be for them to pair seamlessly with several devises. Other than that, they are the earbuds I have been hoping for. Yes, they are pricey, but given what I have spent on earbuds and headphones absolutely worth it. Completely satisfied and would recommend.
